Ellington Beach House project in Dubai has officially been launched. The brand new project will span over seven residential floors within the iconic Palm Jumeriah.

The Ellington Beach House project features a total of 123 units. The units will include one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments as well as four-bedroom penthouse apartments.
Potential residents will also have the option of ground-floor apartments with a pool. In addition to the basements as well as the ground floor, the project will span seven residential floors in total.
