The groundbreaking of the Embassy Suites Condominium Hotel took place recently in Orlando. Encore Capital Management has begun developing this new condominium hotel, which is slated to open in 2022 at the Sunset Walk Orlando Resort. 

The event, which was hosted by Encore Capital Management, according to the firm, was intended to celebrate not just the beginning of construction work on the new Embassy Suites Condominium Hotel, but also the continuous development of Osceola County. Those who graced the occasion included the Director of Economic Development for Osceola County, Christina Morris; President & CEO of Experience Kissimmee, D.T. Minich; Executive Director of sales, Encore Capital Management, Joel Lazar; Managing Director, Encore Capital Management, Neil Eisner; the Encore Co-Founder and Managing Principal, Arthur Falcon who was joined by the  Director of residential development and operation for Hilton Hotels, Joe Haughney.

Embassy Suites Condominium Hotel introducing turnkey experience for owners

The new Embassy Suites Condominium Hotel has been designed to provide guests with vacation condominiums which can be rented for short-term or long-term use or purchased by the guests and rented out to others as well. Turnkey services are also provided for owners along with furnishings and housewares, linens, cleaning, and maintenance. Upon purchase of a suite, Hilton Honors memberships are received by the guests and these new  owners will be able to store their vacation belongings in locked closets which are available in all suites; their belongings will be locked away in the closets and kept away from any guests residing in their suites. The hotel also features a range of resort amenities which include an Oasis Beach Club inclusive of a beach bar and grill, a fitness center, an indoor/outdoor restaurant and lounge serving complimentary breakfast and happy hour. Pricing starts  from $230,000 for the studios, one, and two bedroom suites.

Encore Capital Management Executive Director of sales, Joel Lazar, shed more light on the Embassy Suites Condominium Hotel project and also spoke about its potential for success in the Orlando market. Lazar said the company was excited about partnering with Embassy Suites by Hilton to introduce this new luxury turnkey condominium concept to the Orlando market and he explained that this project would yield premier resort offerings in the number one vacation destination. Lazar also added, “All the elements for success are here and will only get better with time.”
