Construction has broken ground on Lincoln Village housing development on the east side of Stumph Road, Ohio, under Cleveland Custom Homes. The site has been idle for a long after being designated for six fourplex condominiums and two such nearby properties were developed in 2014. Lincoln Village is a little over two acres in size and offers 12 single-family ranch-style houses with 1,280 square foot floor plans. Each residence features an open floor plan, two full baths, three bedrooms, and an attached garage. The new homes vary in price from US$230,000s to US$240,000s, which is nearly half the price of the average new home built in Greater Cleveland today.

Tax incentive for Lincoln Village Ohio

A 10-year tax abatement is another incentive for the Lincoln Village housing development, with inhabitants paying half of their property taxes for ten years. While building the Ohio Lincoln Village was expected to begin earlier this year, delays in permission and other factors caused the project to be postponed. “Because we’re a premium builder, all of the homes we create are quite lovely.” These will be wonderful as well, but as part of our American Dream series, we’re assisting in the creation of a road to homeownership for folks who don’t have a luxury budget. Cleveland Custom Homes President Jeffrey M. Crawford stated, “Parma Heights is the first of many subdivisions that we will have here in Northeast Ohio.” He anticipates that all of the residences will be finished by early spring.

“We’re nearly finished.” There are few opportunities for residential housing expansion. This is one instance where someone started putting up townhomes a few years ago and then backed away. Another developer came in and didn’t do anything, so when this person arrived, we were cautiously enthusiastic. He’s been really busy recently getting everything ready to go. “It really adds to the housing available here in Parma Heights,” Mayor Michael P. Byrne remarked.
