The Flats at Jasper, a joint venture project between Mosaic and Atlantic Jasper, is now underway in Prescott Valley, Arizona. The construction will take place on a 26.1-acre site, situated within the master planned Jasper community. However this will be developers’ third project and their first build to rent(BRT) neighborhood within the master plan.
Atlantic Jasper’s co-manager, David Brown, said his company approached the Flats at Jasper development with a long term investment horizon. Therefore, all units will feature luxurious furnishings and several amenities designed to create a competitive advantage in the Prescott market.
According to Brown, Mosaic is the ideal general contractor for the project. Especially since the company has previous local experience and established trading partners in the region.

Development plans for Flats at Jasper
The Flats at Jasper will be a 240 unit apartment with a mix of freestanding single family homes and duplexes. The property will have a four floor plan, with units of varying sizes ranging from 760 to 1,039 square feet. In addition, residents will also have access to detached garages, including walking trails and other amenities within the master plan.
Other shared amenities on the property include a 5,000 square foot clubhouse, fitness center. What’s more, the apartment provides a swimming pool, hot tub and spa, including grilling stations and a dog park. The developers expect the project to be ready for occupancy by 2025.
The Flats at Jasper’s location will be on Jasper Parkway, off Santa Fe Loop Road, within the 1200 acre Jasper community. Residents will have easy access to several nearby retail and dining options, including Walmart Supercenter and Safeway.
Prescott Valley city center is also about four miles east of the development. Overall, the clean energy Jasper community will consist of 40 single family homes for sale and 1,000 lots for development. Mandalay Homes and Capstone Homes are the developers of the master planned community, which will be built in multiple phases .
