Trez Capital has announced that they have provided financing for a four-story condominium complex in midtown Toronto built by Freed Developments. The CAD$48.4 million construction loan will fund the building of roughly 57,000 square feet of space with 36 units, and it will serve as the foundation for Trez Capital’s strategic approach to growth in Eastern Canada. The project, which will be located at Mount Pleasant and Eglinton, will have 36 modern, high-end units ranging in size from 800 to 2,500 square feet. Each apartment has a large outside space, which might be a private patio, garden, or rooftop.
