EQUANS, the previous ENGIE’s services led operation has won a £35m contract to construct green Cheshire housing scheme. The sustainable new development is found in Winsford, Cheshire. The corporate will establish 268 homes on the location as a part of a wider partnership that has QWEST, Cheshire West and Chester Council and therefore the Riverside Group.

The consortium has linked Homes England Accelerated Construction Funding to hold through the project.
