Global hotel and resort brand, Hilton hotel opened its fourth resort hotel in Seychelles. President of the Hilton Middles East, Africa and Turkey, Jochem-Jan Sleiffe officiated the ceremony and said the development was driven by demand by discerning travelers who seek after the western Indian Ocean islands for their vibrant tropical atmosphere and world-class hospitality. The dubbed ‘Mango House Seychelles’ is located along the edge of Anse Aux Poules Bleues in the south Mahe district of Baie Lazare. It was originally built as a family dwelling by celebrated Italian photographer Gian Paolo Barbieri.

In addition Jochem-Jan Sleiffer said plans are underway to construct two more resorts in the country. This will total Hilton hotels in Seychelles to six. The two will be located on Platte Island and south of Mahe.
