The construction works of Loft Residences at the Two Rivers Development in Kenya have started following a groundbreaking ceremony by the project’s developer, Centum Real Estate Limited. The project will be carried out by Seyani Brothers & Co., a leading general building construction company in the East African country.

Speaking during the groundbreaking ceremony, Samuel Kariuki, the Managing Director of Centum Real Estate affirmed that “Seyani Brothers are a Tier-1 contractor that will ensure that the product is finished to the highest standards & quality and within the stipulated time frame, a promise that Centum Real Estate gives to all its customers.”

The construction works are set to be completed by the tenth month of 2022.

An overview of the Loft Residences

Loft residences which are designed for the high-end segment of the property market, features 4-bedroom+DSQ duplexes, with each sitting on two levels.

The Centum Real Estate MD said that “this is a high-end product with each unit offering 3,014 square feet of urban elegance. At the heart of the architectural design is a large terrace that opens up to large and expansive private gardens – a first in Kenya for condominium styled living.”

The development also features a multifunctional clubhouse, a heated infinity pool, and several jogging tracks within the Two Rivers development.

As of October this year, almost half of the units at the Loft Residences had been sold off-plan, a strong indication of the demand for this unique product.

Other Residential development in Two Rivers

The Two Rivers Residential District sits on a 30 acres piece of land within the larger Two Rivers Development. It will comprise 9 unique residential courts three of which are currently under construction. This includes the aforementioned Loft Residences and the Riverbank Apartments and Cascadia Apartments.

  1. Wow. The design is awesome! I think the schedule of when it will be done will be delayed because of the covid.
