Secondary infrastructure works for Mozoon, a residential community in Bahrain developed by Diyar Al Muharraq, have been completed. The largest real estate development company in Bahrain excitedly announced the project’s progress.

The work began towards the end of August 2021. They have therefore been completed within a period of twelve months. The developer confirmed that the completion of the project came within the stipulated timeline.

The works were inclusive of the extension of electricity and telecommunications systems, as well as the paving and lighting of roads. Additionally, the works also included the construction of power substations alongside the rehabilitation of drinking water.

For all secondary infrastructure works, Diyar officially appointed Hafeera Contracting as the main contractor. The contractor also catered to the project’s rainwater and sewage systems. Meanwhile, Aecom was appointed as the supervising consultant overseeing the entire project.

Mozoon is the developer’s latest milestone. It features exquisite residential waterfront plots with views of the city’s main water canal. Additionally, its plots are reflective a modern city lifestyle. Starting at 320 meters squared, the plots are available to potential buyers.

The CEO of DIyar Al Muharraq spoke about the project. Ahmed Ali Alammadi said that the project is a representation of their commitment to high-quality standards. He explained that it aims to cater to a broader segment of buyers that are looking to experience living in a sustainable and modern city.
