Overview of Nakheel Tilal Al Furjan project

The leading master developer, Nakheel, appointed GINCO General Contracting to work on the first phase of the project. Boasting well over 35 years of experience, GINCO specializes in the construction and maintenance of a wide array of industrial, commercial, and residential establishments.

Meanwhile, Bhatia General Contracting was appointed to work on the second phase of the project. The leading civil contractor has impressively delivered well over 250 projects over a period of four decades.

While the first phase will comprise 234 units, the project’s second phase will comprise 246 units. The gated community features four and five-bedroom villas. Furthermore, it features amenities well-designed for families. These include a park and a retail center for hassle-free shopping.

Additionally, residents will have access to the nearby Al Furjan Pavilion to shop for the necessary daily essentials. Taking it a step further, the Nakheel Tilal Al Furjan project’s homes are connected by walkways as well as cycle paths.

In an effort to encourage community integration, all the paths lead to shared community spaces. These spaces include large pools accompanied by kids’ pools, basketball courts as well as family picnic areas. The project will also include a tennis court, an outdoor barbeque area, and dedicated shaded play areas.

Showcasing the strong demand for such developments, the project’s developer revealed that the community is already sold out.
