The Oakley Square Residences Project in Dubai has officially been launched. The project’s launch was carried out by a joint partnership between Ellington Properties and Sol Properties. Impressively, Ellington Properties is an award-winning design-led boutique developer within Dubai. On the other hand, Sol Properties is a real estate development arm of Bhatia Group.
The residential community will be set within the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), under the Eliignton Brand.

Oakley Square Residences to enrich people’s lives
The development will be four floors tall excluding the basement and ground floors. It features 269 units that include 67 studios, 14 one-bedroom apartments as well as 56 two-bedroom apartments. These units will all span a total number of four floors.
The Oakley Square Residences Project will feature Ellington’s signature high-quality amenities. These will include a cinema room and a pool deck with a leisure area. Moreover, it will also include two lobbies with hotel-style lounge areas, sun loungers, a pool spa, and cabanas accompanied by a lushly landscaped courtyard space.
Furthermore, there will be a zone specifically for children. The zone will feature a shaded pool and a fun area with climbing and playing structures. Additionally, residents will benefit from a diverse array of outdoor amenities. These include games table zones, a shaded barbeque as well as a dining area, and an outdoor terrace. In addition to an outdoor and indoor fitness center with changing rooms, residents will also have the access to a Padel tennis court.
The CEO of Sol Properties spoke about the project. Ajay Bhatia said that their vision with Ellington to enrich people’s lives will be through the project.
