Abu Dhabi’s very own real estate management, development, and investment firm, Aldar Properties has successfully launched phase 2 of the US$$544.5M Alreeman Residential Development, which is set to feature 554 villas that are available in three-bedroom, four-bedroom, five-bedroom, and six-bedroom layouts.

The average size of the units in the Alreeman Residential Development ranges from 301 square meters for a standard three-bedroom villa to 507 square meters for a standard six-bedroom villa. The project is located within the Alshamkha area of Abu Dhabi. 

Alreeman residential development features & amenities

The properties are developed and designed to cater to the needs of their buyers by featuring spacious floorplans alongside family rooms, majlis spaces as well as closed kitchens among other various features. Spread across an impressive area of 2.4 million square meters, the residents within the development will benefit from a wide spectrum of amenities such as parks, a school, mosques, not forgetting cycling and running tracks.

To cater to the growing demand from clients for homes that are well designed and adapted to their tastes, all the villas within the Alreeman Residential Development will be available in three different architectural styles with either a light or dark internal color scheme. The architectural styles are modern Arabi, Mediterranean and contemporary. The design of the villas was based on the studies of a focus group with Aldar’s customers to ensure the final product embraces a customer-centric approach. 

Alreeman residential units acquisition

The villas within the Alreeman Residential Development second phase are already available for exclusive purchase by UAE nationals. It has been confirmed that public sales of the villas will begin on 24 April. The prices of the villas start from $735,000 which is AED 2.7 million, with handovers projected to begin in the final quarter of 2025.
