Presidium Chase Hill multi-family project, which is developed by Presidium, was recently completed in North San Antonio, Texas. The 370-unit multifamily community was built through the collaboration between the Texas-based real estate investment firm and REES Associates Inc.
Not only is this development an amenity-rich luxury community, but it’s also surrounded by a beautiful, secluded environment. Presidium’s Development President, Mark Farrell, described the designs used for Chase Hill as serene architecture, creating an unmatched living experience. He further stated that this was the ideal project for his firm to make its first mark in Texas Hill. Especially since the development provides expansive views of the Hill Country, overlooking the La Cantera Resort.

Designs for the Presidium Chase Hill development
Presidium Chase Hill is a nine-building multi-family development located at 15950 Chase Hill Boulevard, featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The new community incorporates a resort-style design by REES Associates and is spread across a 425,000-square-foot parcel. Furthermore, all units have been furnished with high-end finishes such as stainless steel appliances, designer granite countertops, and walk-in closets. Other features worth noting include the 9-foot ceilings, natural wood-inspired flooring, and smart building technology.
Residents of Presidium Chase Hill will make use of a smartphone app to access keyless entry doors and Ecobee thermostats. Additionally, they will also enjoy the luxury pools and private cabanas with views of the golf course and outdoor kitchens. Several outdoor amenities are featured on the property including a dog park and grooming station, rooftop terrace, and poolside lounge. What’s more, a clubhouse and leasing center are also available, which offers a two-story fitness center with a yoga studio. It also includes multiple WIFI-lounges, a media room, a gourmet kitchen, and a bar area for the residents.
Farrell also said the Presidium Chase Hill community would enable residents to experience quality luxurious living. Basically, they would have access to resort-style amenities for fun, fitness, and food, either on-site or within the surrounding area. Monthly rental rates for units on the property begin at $1400 for the one bedroom.
