Serenia Living incorporates inspiring city views

A UK architectural and design practice, Godwin Austen Johnson (GAJ) will be the project’s lead architect. The company successfully delivered the design to the developer’s Serenia Residences, back in 2018. The contract award marks yet another winning streak for the UAE-headquartered firm. The project’s exclusive residences range from a mix of two, three as well as four-bedroom units. Moreover, the exclusive residence also includes full-floor and half-floor penthouses, across a total number of four buildings.

With a collection of 22 penthouses, each building will have a one-off duplex Sky Mansion. Furthermore, the Serenia Living Project boasts one of the largest wellness clubs in Dubai including a spacious gym. The project’s wellness centers will also include a dedicated training studio alongside a steam room and a spa with a sauna. Not forgetting an outdoor pool, a children’s play area with a games room, and a cinema.

In an effort to encourage more physical activity and well-being, Serenia Living will also include a range of courts as well as facilities for external sports. Partner at GAJ, Jason Burnside, said that the development strives to create a contemporary building with clean architectural lines. Right within the heart of The Palm Jumeirah, the project’s inspiration is drawn from the picturesque city views and shoreline. As a result, Jason Burnside revealed that each of the residences will feature sliding floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
