The Specials Window for Affordable & Mid-Income Housing (SWAMIH) has officially approved funding for the Sikka Kaamya Greens Project in Greater Noida.

The investment fund was formed to help and support the construction of stalled, RERA-registered residential developments. More especially, housing projects that are within the mid-income/affordable housing category. The Rs 207 crore funding will boost the project’s speed and progression.

Initially, the Sikka Kaamya Greens Project began with steady progress but then stalled, due to the unavailability of funds. Marking a significant breakthrough, the funding for the Sikka Group Project will also enhance the project’s delivery and overall quality.
