Third Phase of Al Hamra Village Marina Apartments in Ras Al Khaimah Launched

The third phase of the Al Hamra Village Marina apartments in Ras Al Khaimah has been launched following the completion of 2nd phase back in 2009. The project’s launch and the announcement were made by Al Hamra. The latter is a leading lifestyle developer and an investment company in Ras Al Khaimah.

The project is a part and an extension of Marina Residences. The award-winning residential community features lagoon and sea front-view apartments and villas.

The third phase of the Al Hamra Village Marina apartments on the other hand will feature one and two-bedroom apartments as well as studios. Additionally, the project will be the very first off-plan residential project fueled by Al Hamra’s ‘Live & Work’ package.

The package will offer a buyer a business license, a 12-year UAE residency visa as well as a partner visa. The limited offer for the package is valid for 6 months from the day the project is launched. Additionally, a buyer will have the option of availing of the residency upon a down payment of 20% of the total value.
