A leading multifamily investor, Mill Creek Residential, has begun construction at Modera Skylar Phase II, an apartment community in the River District of downtown Miami. The groundbreaking took place earlier in the year and the construction is now in progress, with development of a high-rise building along-side the original 21-story Modera Skylar. 

The Modera Skylar Phase II high-rise will feature 97 apartment homes and a passage to the elevated pool deck that enables residents to enjoy an extensive scenery of the city also, the site’s ease of accessibility and commuter friendly location allows for the convenient touring and exploring of popular attractions in Miami. Modera Skylar Phase II, will also complement the recently refurbished Modera Skylar, which consists of 166 studio, one- and two-bedroom homes and a deluxe suite of amenities.

Located just west of NW 14th Ave., Modera Skylar Phase II, provides convenient access to a variety of world-class restaurants and retail shops. On completion, the apartment building will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, with den layouts available, and will be furnished with luxury wood-inspired plank flooring throughout, nine-foot ceilings, private balconies and king-sized bedrooms with walk-in closets, generous storage space, LED light fixtures, in-home washers and dryers, central heating and air and contemporary kitchens with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, USB ports and tile backsplashes.

Several amenities are available from the original 21 story Modera Skylar which include a clubhouse with a lounge area and TVs, free Wi-Fi, a spacious rooftop deck featuring a redesigned pool and hot tub, outdoor fitness and an outdoor recreational area with grills and picnic tables. 

A  two-story fitness center and resident lobby will also be included in the construction of Modera Skylar Phase II, with a pet friendly environment featuring an onsite dog park, package lockers, reserved parking in a controlled-access garage and an optional valet dry-cleaning service.
