Yas Park Gate community’s proximity to the Yas Park

The residential gated community is within convenient and easy access to Yas Park, a family recreational activity park. The park, which is the first of its kind in the region, spans an area of 115,000 square meters. It is, therefore, half the size of Yas Mall.

The chief commercial officer at Aldar Development spoke during the project’s launch. Rashed AL Omaira said that the community’s access to the park ensures that visitors and residents live an active and healthy lifestyle.

In addition, the Chief commercial officer noted that the project is the second phase of the North Yasa. He described it as a true representation of the broader North Yas master plan. Moreover, Omaira explained that Yas Park Gate community will accompany and complement the currently existing communities. As a result, it would solidify the island as one of Abu Dhabi’s most sought-after and greatest destinations.
