ZADA Tower which is within the Business Bay area has been completed and handed over to the developer.

This comes after approximately one and a half years since the implementation of the project began in September 2021. Despite the challenges of covid-19 then, the project reportedly pushed through, demonstrating efficiency and commitment to delivery.

The project team comprised DAMAC Properties as the developer through its subsidiary, Island Oasis Properties. On the other hand, Kieferle & Partner served as the architectural consultants.

Features and amenities of ZADA Tower

The 26-storey high-end apartment tower substructure comprises four basement levels, dedicated to parking. With the goal to maximize the comfort for residents the tower’s development has been meticulously planned.

Moreover, the apartment units aim to present a new concept of contemporary living. The tower’s fine collection of one-bedroom units ranges from 410 to 1,141 square feet in size.  In addition, ZADA Tower offers a number of amenities.

These include a children’s play area, retail outlets, and a swimming pool. Additionally, the development includes a fitness center, as well as stylish interiors.

Zada Tower in Dubai, UAE: Roof Slab Works Completion Announced

The roof slab works on Zada Tower, a luxury one-bedroom apartment located in Business Bay which is an urban concept and upscale mixed-use community in Dubai, UAE, are nearing completion. This comes barely two years after Trans Emirates Contracting was awarded a US$ 49.2M contract to carry out the main construction work of the Tower by its developer Damac Properties.

The premiere building contracting company explained that they were able to balance the superstructure works which included the parapet and top roof, and completed the works two months ahead of their projected schedule. 

Reportedly over 4,402 tonnes of steel and approximately 23,912cu/m of concrete were used, and about 580,840 hours of work from engineers and workers invested in the project so far. 

Remarks on the work carried out so far on Zada Tower

The Senior Vice President at Damac, Niall McLoughlin expressed his happiness with the quick turnaround time of the roof slab works on Zada Tower. Niall said that the completion of the construction works is just but a testament to Damac’s commitment and perseverance to deliver projects well ahead of schedule, despite the challenges that the project faced during the worldwide, COVID-19 pandemic.

Zada’s milestone achievement aligns with a certain property market rebound that is presently taking place in Dubai. The real estate industry in the country has witnessed exceptional and impressive growth in sales transactions. 

In addition to the apartments, the 26 story building offers a variety of amenities such as a children’s playground, a fitness center, and a swimming pool, just to name a few. Its location, considered to be one of Dubai’s most buzzing neighborhoods,  will enable its residents to access the best shopping centers and malls, as well as entertainment, and not forgetting dining establishments.
