Construction of a new premium office complex in Southwest Las Vegas began in February 2020 and was briefly suspended owing to the COVID epidemic. Axiom is being built by Sansone Companies along Rainbow Boulevard, north of the 215 Beltway. It will consist of two four-story office buildings connected by a three-level garage. According to a principal of the firm, the roughly $30 million first phase, consisting of one office building and the garage, is scheduled to be completed as soon as next month. He also stated that more than 30 percent of the space is leased and that negotiations with tenants for additional space are underway. The developers plan to break ground on the second building next year.

Miles Sansone, another principal at the business, said leasing activity hasn’t slowed as a result of the epidemic, but that agreements are taking longer to close. He added that his organization is getting a lot of inquiries regarding the property and offering tours. “We have seen the southwest valley begin to prosper with commercial real estate, but it is now poised to become a location for businesses of all sizes to thrive and expand.” We recognize the market’s potential and the critical need for a corporate center that combines design, convenience, and flexibility. “We are thrilled that AXIOM will be the spark for launching company growth in this sector,” stated Neil Sansone of Sansone Companies.

“The southwest region of District A remains a development and growth hotspot.” AXIOM’s breakthrough will be a driving force and a cornerstone of our thriving corporate sector. I am pleased to be a part of this moment and look forward to what the future holds for AXIOM. I also want to thank Sansone Companies for their vision and dedication to quality in our development community.”
