The project was launched back in September 2020 following an announcement by Dayo Olaiya, the Managing Director of the Nigerian company engaged in real estate development, property trading, and strategic real estate advisory services.

According to Mr. Olaiya Beaufort Park incorporates infrastructure and facilities such as power with alternative power supply, sewage treatment plant, fiber optic (internet connection), close circuit TV, fire alarm system, DSTV piping, water treatment plant, and intercom.
Others include security posts, cleaning services, lawn tennis court, basketball court, dedicated car park spaces, children’s play area, full tiled surroundings, sanitary fittings, and kitchen cabinet.

Other than Dayola Property & Development Company, the project developer and promoter, Shell East Staff Investment Cooperative Society Ltd (Coop East) and FirstTrust Mortgage Bank Plc are also playing key roles on the Beaufort Park project.
The former is the major subscriber to the multi-billion Naira housing estate, while the latter is the financier.
