Kass Towers is a 17-floor twin-tower mixed-use development on Senchi Street, Off Liberation Road in Accra, the capital city of Ghana. The two towers (Tower A and Tower B) have a total of 110 one-bed, two-bed, and three-bed luxurious residential units infused with smart home technology and over twenty exclusive amenities.

Natural materials such as marble, wood, and glass harness organic patterns inside the Kass Towers apartments– combining contemporary elegance with subtle. The units also feature floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize sightlines and bathe the apartments in the stunning Accra light.

In addition to the residential units, Kass Towers also incorporate 9,690 square meters of commercial retail space, and amenities such as a fitness center, mini-golf, conference room, children’s play areas, 3-story underground car parking, valet service, housekeeping, dry cleaning, and concierge service.

The development will also include restaurants, cafes, bars, salons, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. These, unlike the ones mentioned in the previous paragraph, will be open to both residents and the public.

The construction of Kass Tower commenced in 2020 and it is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2022.

Project team

The developer is KASS+F Developers, a Turkish company based in Airport Residential, Accra, operating in various industries but predominantly in property development.

The Kass Towers were designed by a Turkish architect dubbed Kenan Kuçuk Architects.
