The Pelican is a 5-floor hotel apartment under construction on Cantonments Road, off Ring Road East in the highbrow residential Cantonments region of Accra, Ghana, which is home to expatriates working in foreign missions including the Russian, American, Chinese, Mexican and Bulgarian embassies.

The project features 106 units of 1 bedroom suites and 14 units of 2 bedroom suites each with a kitchen/kitchenette, beige porcelain floor tiles, and most of them with separate living and working areas designed with both leisure and business travelers in mind.
Other features include a swimming pool, cafe/ restaurant, concierge services, and gym.
Noteworthy, the Pelican Hotel was designed to host both short-stay guests as well as those staying for several months or even years.
