The Waters of Pewaukee is scheduled to welcome its first inhabitants in early 2023, with cottages perhaps being available sooner. “The land on which this community is being constructed was sold to us by a family who expressed their delight at being a part of bringing this sort of senior living community to the city. We are overjoyed to introduce The Waters of Pewaukee to the elders in our community “Tami Kozikowski, CEO, and President of The Waters, said Continental Building, which has headquarters in Pennsylvania and Ohio but works on projects all throughout the country, is the project’s general contractor. The Pewaukee project will be the company’s third neighborhood for The Waters.
“There will be 161 single-family houses set around a lovely forested campus with mature trees and plenty of walking trails. People nowadays desire to be a member of a group that gives them a sense of belonging. They don’t want to leave once they discover one that is a good match, and this approach allows residents to age in place “According to John Hunsicker, The Waters’ senior vice president of capital markets and development.
