In the city of Pewaukee, Wisconsin, a new senior living community will be developed on 24 acres of property. The Waters of Pewaukee, located at W239 N2492 Pewaukee Road, will be a project with 161 individual apartments. It will have 115 flats in a three-story structure, 16 memory-care rooms in a single-story building adjacent to it, and 30 independent-living cottages spread across the site. The Waters Senior Living LLC, located in Minneapolis, will open its 13th community, the second in Wisconsin. Oak Creek is home to a neighborhood called The Waters. It also has nine locations in Minnesota and two locations in Pennsylvania.

The Waters of Pewaukee is scheduled to welcome its first inhabitants in early 2023, with cottages perhaps being available sooner. “The land on which this community is being constructed was sold to us by a family who expressed their delight at being a part of bringing this sort of senior living community to the city. We are overjoyed to introduce The Waters of Pewaukee to the elders in our community “Tami Kozikowski, CEO, and President of The Waters, said Continental Building, which has headquarters in Pennsylvania and Ohio but works on projects all throughout the country, is the project’s general contractor. The Pewaukee project will be the company’s third neighborhood for The Waters.

People nowadays desire to be a member of a group that gives them a sense of belonging. Very interested in the layout of your cottages, cost & when they are available to see.
Like info on apartments and cottages, like proposed floor plans and costs.
We are looking for a retirement community in Waukesha County, and have questions. Is there assisted living available if needed? And memory care? Also, what is the cost. If we tour the Oak Creek facility, would we be getting a clear idea of what this new one will be like? Do you have a waiting list started? Thanks.

I visited THE WATERS in Oak Creek just to get a feel for the possibilities of that construction. I was impressed but this one sounds even better. I reside in the City of Pewaukee and would like to remain in the area.

I am a senior, living down the street from this new development, in an upper apartment and I am looking to move into a senior community where I will not have to deal with 2 flights of stairs to do my laundry.
I am hoping to find something that is pet friendly, I have a 25 Lb dog, and either has laundry in the unit or on the same floor. If there is an elevator, then I don’t mind laundry facilities on a different floor. I hope you can help me. Thank you!

After doing steps for 22 years I am ready for something more senior citizen oriented. I am interested in more in formation regarding the cottages you speak of and the size of the apartments and their amenities. I like living in Pewaukee and would like to stay in this vicinity.
