Zamani Business Park is located in Karen, off Tree Lane off Ngong Road. The park is designed for building users to experience nature uninterrupted by human construction. The park is organised in four blocks of five floors with the main entrance framed with a structural motif and topped with an infinity pool. The environmentally low impact development has free flowing spaces achieved through the use of courtyards and incorporation of artificial rivers.
This rustic mixed use development is for offices, shops, cafes, boutiques and banks. The occupants’ view is an intricately landscaped courtyard with a large water feature visible through large glass windows that let in natural light and ventilation.
