Waterfall Business Estate in South Africa is located between Midrand and Sandton, South Africa.
The park was developed by Atterbury Property Group. The latter secured the commercial development rights for this prime 330 hectares site north of Sandton in 2008 with the Waterfall Islamic Institute, which has owned this land since 1934.
Construction of the business park was completed in 2015. The business park has various offices for major tenants such as Honda, Cummins, Hilti, Styker, and Schneider Electric.

Atterbury launches landmark R25 billion Waterfall Business Estate
Atterbury Property Group launched its Waterfall Business Estate, a staggering 1,6 million square meter mixed-use commercial development – the most ambitious of its kind being undertaken in South Africa.
