The Binary commercial tower in Dubai Business Bay was launched in 2006 by Omniyat Properties and was completed in 2015. It is located between interchanges 1 and 2 on Sheikh Zayed Road. In 2014, Drake & Skull was awarded the construction contract.

The structure has a bottom floor, three basements, and five connected podium levels with 21 and 24 stories above ground. Additionally, it has 1,218 parking spaces distributed throughout its four podium floors and three basement levels. The Binary has offices for rent that are 200 square feet to 2,050 square feet in size.

Drake & Scull Construction awarded a $55 million civil construction contract for The Binary Commerical Tower in Dubai

dubai-drakeDrake & Scull Construction has announced that it has been selected as the main contractor for the construction of the Binary commercial tower at Dubai’s Business Bay.

Drake & Scull’s scope of work on the contract involves all associated construction works required to complete the Binary commercial tower. The contract is valued at AED 200 million ($54.5 million).

The Binary is a 25-story commercial tower being developed by Dubai-based real estate developer Omniyat. The tower offers grade-A commercial space with waterfront views of the Business Bay area in Dubai.
