According to the Zambia Development Agency (ZDA), Building and construction has been the largest industrial sector of Zambia comprising 27.5% of the GDP with a growth rate of 12% in 2016 and recording a US $3.3bn of foreign direct investment. This was a wonderful informative post you have shared on this page about the professional indemnity insurance for a construction company but In those days, the employer engaged a team of professional designers and presented the plans and specifications to the contractor to build.During this regime, responsibility was clearer than it has been at any time since and although the contractor often provided “ad hoc” advice on site, design responsibility was left fairly and squarely with the professional design team. these are the reason for a delay of your project ,You please understand this kind of matter during a construction of a building otherwise you may have loose due to inexperience of employees .
