    Where can we find details of the location, construction, sewer, water, electricity, gas consumed and the details of the structure of paying for them?

    What are the details of agreements assure customers are NOT paying for the costs of you construction with utilities – electricity – gas – water – sewer – water well, etc?

    • Location: Liberty, Missouri (Clay County / Kansas City Region) – What is the address?
    • Community Benefit: Increased tax revenue with minimal demand on schools or emergency services – What taxes? Estimated amounts of each.
    • Network Assets: Integrated into a robust regional fiber network – Who is paying for fiber infrastructure and on going maintenance of infrastructure? Estimated costs?
    • Power Source: Reliable, cost-effective energy via Evergy and Spire – What is the agreement with utilities? What infrastructure will be required to integrate into the grid? Who is paying for the infrastructure to connect to the grid and on going costs? Estimated costs? How much water it the facility expected to use, because chillers take massive amounts of water usage? What is the source of the water? What is available excess capacity?
