The Bella Vento El Galala Resort project in Egypt, spearheaded by El-Manara Developments, continues to see active layout expansions and infrastructure progress. Spanning 65 feddans (acres) in the high-growth Galala City zone near Ain Sokhna, the resort is strategically divided into a coastal section featuring chalets and a mountainous section showcasing premium villas with panoramic Red Sea views. El-Manara has recently pushed forward with its latest marketing and construction rollouts, notably introducing the “Terrace El Galala” and “Bella East Galala” phases. These newer phases expand the community footprint with smart-home integrated chalets ranging from 60 to 105 square meters, offering a direct view of the sea alongside amenities like a dedicated beach club and an international hotel.
The developer’s underlying strategy focuses on establishing Bella Vento as a viable year-round permanent residence rather than just a seasonal holiday escape, capitalizing on its close proximity to the New Administrative Capital and essential metropolitan services. Current project tracking places expected delivery dates for oncoming phases extending through the first quarter of 2027, backed by stable interest and a strong capital growth index within the local coastal real estate sector. To facilitate absorption, the project is backed by an estimated EGP 4.5 billion investment, with El-Manara offering structured 10% to 30% down payment plans stretched over 7 to 10 years, alongside substantial launch discounts to draw domestic and foreign investors.
Also, this project alongside others such as the Alam Al Roum will boost tourism activities in Egypt. This will be achieved by providing luxurious facilities for tourists.
