The Urban Blossom Project in India has been launched by Hyderabad-based company, SVC & Lahari. Right within the heart of the NCR in Faridabad, its location is close to the NHPC metro station as well as Delhi Agra NH2. Additionally, the greenfield project conveniently links to South Delhi.
An official statement from the company noted that the entire development will be fully complete within a period of 6 months, having already received approval from Haryana RERA. It will span 5.01 acres of residential plots and greenery. Moreover, it will spread across 0.20 acres of commercial space.
In total, the Urban Blossom development will feature 95 plots with sizes that range from 121 to 165 sq. yards.

As the project’s name suggests, its design draws inspiration from nature’s theme. As a result, it will feature various lush green spaces, and kids playing areas in addition to modern amenities and facilities. By April 2027, the project targets to have completed construction work.
While commenting on the Urban Blossom project the Marketing Head of SVC & Lahari Group said that it strives to offer a tranquil and calm experience to residents. As a result, the development is said to enable residents the ability to disconnect from the outside world. Furthermore, Suren Raj Kush noted that the development aims to serve those looking for a serene area in the midst of a city.
Within the project’s vicinity, there will be colleges, as well as schools present. Moreover, it will include 5-star hotels such as the Taj Vivanta, and The Park. Additionally, the Urban Blossom development in India will include Asian Heart Hospital and Apollo Hospital. Its strategically designed plots will include brickwork on boundary walls. This in turn will allow for the delivery of a unique blend that births a vibrant community set to thrive.
