The construction of Paras Avenue, a retail high street has begun in Noida, India. This was announced by the project developer Paras Buildtech.  This comes following the obtaining of all the necessary permissions for the project.

Particularly, the high retail street development’s location is within Noida Sector 129. Spanning over 13 acres of the site, the project aims to redefine the high-street retail experience concept. Additionally, it aims of offering visitors a unique and elegant shopping destination.

The COO of Para Buildtech, Kunal RIshi said that Paras Avenue targets timely delivery with the highest of standards. Furthermore, the project strives to serve as a prominent landmark within the area.

Recently, Pradesh Buildtech, successfully launched their first SCO Complex, Paras Arcade 114. Similar to Paras Avenue, the development in Gurugram Sector 114, offers investors great investment opportunities, in both futuristic and modern commercial spaces.
