A luxury mid-rise rental housing project dubbed the Henri community is now underway in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. Recently, Toll Brothers Apartment Living, a rental division of Toll Brothers partnered with EJF Capital to develop the project. Additionally, the developers also received a $65 million construction loan facility to cover the cost of the development.

Toll Brothers Apartment Living’s President, John McCullough, said his company would work with EJF once again to build the Henri community. McCullough pointed out that Toll Brothers was already known for its quality, luxury apartments and services in downtown Phoenix. Therefore, he said their partnership would create another unparalleled residential haven in the heart of Phoenix with the same standards.

The Henri community will be a seven-story building consisting of 313 apartment units, which include studio, one and two-bedroom floor plans. Additionally, the interiors will have an intuitive design and spacious open floor plans. Residents will have access to amenities such as custom kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, Moen® plumbing finishes, and quartz kitchen. The developers commenced construction on the project in July and they expect the first residency to be complete in 2025.

The Henri community will provide over 36,000 square feet of shared indoor and outdoor amenities. It will consist of a resident lounge, chef demonstration kitchen and dining spaces, fitness center, and collaborative coworking spaces. Additionally, the property also features a club and game room with fireplace, listening lounge, and studio-inspired creator booths.
