Renaissance Park is a 288-unit multifamily community in Fairburn, Georgia, developed by South City Partners and built by McShane Construction Company. Located just off Interstate 85 at the intersection of Renaissance Parkway and Meadow Glen Parkway, the community offers residents convenient access to downtown Atlanta. Dynamik Design served as architect for the development, which includes 7,000 square feet of amenity space.

The project came forward as Fairburn experienced strong residential growth and rising housing demand. At the time of McShane’s appointment, the firm’s Senior Vice President Scott Hoppa said the property had great potential in the region, pointing to its outdoor facilities and spacious units as a strong fit for the local apartment market. The community was completed for occupancy in 2024.

Development of the Renaissance Park multifamily community

Renaissance Park is spread across five buildings, with units equipped with shaker-style cabinets and granite countertops. Interiors feature tile backsplashes in the kitchens and tile tub surrounds in the bathrooms, with carpeted bedrooms and vinyl plank flooring throughout.

The three- and four-story buildings are of wood frame construction with cement siding. In addition to the residential units, two of the buildings incorporate 4,000 square feet of retail space.

Residents at Renaissance Park have access to an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, volleyball court, pickleball court and walking trail.

Part of a wider Georgia development partnership

Renaissance Park was one of three projects South City Partners had underway with McShane in the Atlanta area, alongside a 280-unit multifamily community in McDonough and a 285-unit mixed-use development in Hapeville.

The collaboration reflects McShane’s continued multifamily and affordable-housing work across the United States, which also includes the 52-unit Rivers Crossing affordable housing community in Portage, Wisconsin.
