Abu Dhabi Reeman Living by Aldar Properties has been unveiled. The real estate development, management, and investment company, Aldar Properties, made the revelation. The brand-new residential development will offer a selection of inclusive communities within prime areas of Abu Dhabi. Moreover, the project brings design-led urban living within the Al Shamkha neighborhood of Abu Dhabi.
As a whole, the Abu Dhabi Reeman Living by Aldar Properties will span five, low-rise buildings, which will feature studios. Furthermore, the buildings will feature one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The size of the units will range from 26 to 100 square meters. Public sales of the units will begin on 18th March, with prices from $99,455 (AED 365,000). During, the first phase of the project’s launch, 630 out of 1,050 units will be available for purchase to buyers of all nationalities.

Taking it a step further, the project’s design strives to achieve a two-pearl rating, as per the Estidama sustainability rating system. Quite impressively, the achievement will exceed the latest standards present in the UAE.
While commenting on the project, the Chief Commercial Officer at Aldar Development noted that there’s a high demand for urban, modern living spaces. Within Aldar’s new collection to the market, Rashed Al Omaira further noted that Reeman Living serves as the second project. In a nutshell, the project enables Aldar to tap into a new customer segment. Thus, the project aims to serve as a unique living space that has a strong sense of community.
