Alta Amberglen luxury community in Hillsboro, Oregon, is set for construction following a groundbreaking ceremony. The ceremony was carried out by Wood Partners one of the nation’s largest multifamily real estate developers.

The project is located at the intersection of NE Eckert Drive and Walker Road in Hillsboro. It is set to be completed in 2024. Alta Amberglen residents will appreciate the convenient access to downtown Portland. This will be via a 20-minute drive or a local public transportation connection to the TriMet Lightrail System.

Additional features and amenities

The Tanasbourne retail districts are situated approximately one mile away from the property. The districts provide a variety of convenient places to shop, eat, and have fun. They include Whole Foods, Target, REI, and more. Alta Amberglen’s residents will also benefit from an easy commute to some of the major employers in the Portland region. These include Nike, Intel, Oracle, Microsoft, and Salesforce.
