The construction works for the 144-home Marea community in Noblesville, Indiana, have begun according to Onyx+East and Pretium. The project is the second build-to-rent community developed by the Onyx+East and Pretium partnership.

It features a variety of 3- and 4-bedroom houses with connected 2-car garages. This will reportedly give homeowners the comfort and spaciousness of single-family living. Additionally, more than 20 restaurants and cafes will all be accessible to residents within a 10-minute drive.

Furthermore,  the 1.6-mile-southeast-of-the-project Hamilton Town Center by Simon Malls is not too far from the neighborhood. In Q3 2023, the first Marea residences are anticipated to be ready for rent.
