Motorsports Gateway Howell announced that they would start building their 273-acre automotive district in Michigan. The property is located east of Highway D19 and north of Interstate 96. It is just one mile from the center of Howell.
There will be a 2.2-mile performance driving course and a member’s clubhouse. Additionally, a paddock, garages for rent, track-fronting private garage condos, and a public nature walk are all included in the district’s first phase. In the summer of 2023, the first portion of the performance driving circuit is expected to be operational.
For 2023, just 150 memberships will be made available. The European-designed members’ driving circuit will be open to both individual and corporate members. There will be an exception for holidays, special events, and inclement weather closures.

Because the circuit will be built in accordance with FIA (Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile) safety regulations, drivers can race to the limit with confidence. The route follows the terrain’s natural elevation variations and forested contours. Safety and driver data analysis will enhance with the use of a cutting-edge digital marshalling system.
Furthermore, they include electronic flag displays, CCTV, and timing sectors. The track-fronting garage condos will start to be delivered soon after the members driving circuit is open for business. From their balconies on the second floor and the ground floor, owners will have a front-row view of the action on the race track.

Each about 1,200 square foot garage apartment is delivered with a fire suppression system, an energy-efficient HVAC unit, and overhead lighting. They are ready for custom build out. By constructing a second storey, owners can bring their garage condo’s square footage up to roughly 2,400.
