The fifth phase of the Abu Dhabi Bloom Gardens project also referred to as Aldhay, is on track with the structural works for the townhouses almost complete and infrastructure works across the site 38% complete.
This was announced by the project’s developer, Bloom Holding, explaining that the Aldhay will add a total of 181 two, three, four, and five-bedroom townhouses and villas to the 457 villas and townhouses completed in the previous phases of the project.
It will also have several amenities that include but are not limited to, landscaped recreational areas, round-the-clock security, and swimming pools. The residency will also include round-the-clock security, tennis courts, a children’s play area, prayer halls, F&B outlets, cycle tracks as well as state-of-the-art female and male gyms.

The Abu Dhabi Bloom Gardens project is located in Abu Dhabi city on the Eastern Mangrove Corniche, close to educational institutes such as Bloom Nurseries and Brighton College Abu Dhabi.

Speaking on the project, the CEO of Bloom Holding, Carlos Wakim, stated that the progress of the project is a true testament to the strength of the company’s promise as a leading developer.
