Jumeirah Living Residences Business Bay, the flagship project within Peninsula waterfront development in Dubai, has been launched.
The project involves the construction of a 35-story tower. The tower will feature a selection of 82 spacious residences. These will comprise a selection of two, three, and four-bedroom residences. In addition, Jumeirah living residences Business Bay will feature five-bedroom simplex, duplex penthouses, and one full-floor master penthouse. The latter will be located on the top floor.

Jumeirah Living Residences Business Bay architecturally has been led by a talented team at Killa Design. It draws inspiration from the surrounding nautical elements alongside the maritime lifestyle of the location. Furthermore, the tower’s design integrates architecture and art. The two smoothly combine in constant dialogue with the sparking waters of the Dubai Canal, further enhancing the overall experience for residents.
The project’s completion as well as the opening is set for 2023.
