Marassi Terraces, the latest addition to the underdevelopment Marassi Al Bahrain project has officially been launched. The project was launched by Eagle Hills Diyar (EHD), the joint venture between UAE-based developer Eagle Hills and Bahraini Diyar Al Muharraq.
Eagle Hills is an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company. It specialises in the creation of new city hubs and flagship destinations in emerging markets. On the other hand, Diyar Al Muharraq is a luxurious mixed-use development offering residential and commercial plots and villas.
An overview of the Marassi Terraces development
The 350-unit Marassi Terraces development runs across 10 storeys, offering studio apartments to 3-bedroom apartments. The units provide modern bathrooms and kitchens alongside an abundance of amenities. The project also includes a world-class design lobby alongside retail spaces.

The project’s defining landmarks are the Garden Terrace and the Aqua Terrace. These landmarks are in an effort towards providing social entertainment alongside an outdoor experience. Additionally, the Marassi Terraces project aims to provide conductive space for exploration, play, and relaxation.

Eagle Hills Diyar stated that the project offers an innovative living experience. The firm expressed that the project also aims to deliver an indoor and outdoor lifestyle, through its unique terrace concept. The concept features two elegant residential towers that are connected by a first-of-its-kind air, walkway bridge.
Furthermore, the Marassi Terraces aims to deliver an optimal lifestyle experience equipped with unique indoor amenities. The amenities so far include a state-of-the-art gymnasium that overlooks the terrace views.
