The construction of MBR Aerospace Hub’s Supplier Complex in Dubai has been completed. The facility is the first vertical aerospace complex in the region.  It is located in the Supply Chain Cluster at Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, Dubai South.

The G+3 development aims to attract SMEs and start-ups by offering solutions that are designed for multipurpose activities. It features 12,000 meters squared of light industrial space. This will enable various aerospace companies to conveniently and easily set up their families.

Moreover, the facility will also offer 86 leasable units with three levels for (drone and aerospace) companies, especially for companies that provide aircraft parts trading and maintenance services.

Significance of the MBR Aerospace Hub’s Supplier Complex

The CEO of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub spoke about the project. Tahnoon Saif said that the MBR Aerospace Hub’s Supplier Complex project is well in line with its mandate to play a significant role in the aviation industry. Additionally, he continued, the complex will offer exclusive incentives to companies. Tahnoon Saif concluded by mentioning that they will spare no effort to cement Dubai’s position on the aviation map of the world.

Currently, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub offers a high level of connectivity to global aerospace players. Furthermore, the hub offers a free-zone destination for the world’s leading private jet companies as well as the world’s leading airlines. Additionally, it is also home to training and education campuses alongside maintenance centers.

Through the MBR Aerospace Hub’s Supplier Complex, the hub also aims to strengthen engineering industries. As a result, the emirate’s vision of becoming a leading aviation hub becomes more of an achievable possibility.
