The Ohud general hospital upgrade project contract has officially been awarded to the engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) division of Alfanar; Alfanar Construction. This was announced by the kingdom’s Ministry of Health (commonly abbreviated to MoH) which oversees the health care and health policy of Saudi Arabia. 

The project is a part of Saudi Arabia’s ministry’s plan to upgrade and renew hospitals across the country. It is scheduled to be completed within a period of 24 months at a cost of US$ 29.7M which roughly translates to SAR 109 million, and aims to revamp the infrastructure of the 300-bed hospital. 

Expectations for the Ohud general hospital upgrade project
