A 1,800-meter, dual zipline has been opened at Oman Adventure Centre in Khasab. The integrated adventure center is set wight within the Governorate of Musandam and it strives to offer tourists unique experiences. It thus presents a spectacular fusion of exploration and adventure. The dual zipline is the first activity that the Oman Adventure Centre in Khasab has to offer.

Oman Adventure Centre in Khasab, a boost to the region’s tourism sector 

While commenting on the project, Mubarak bin Ali al rahbi said that the governorate possesses wealthy tourism offerings. Furthermore, the Head of the Musandam Governor’s Office said, they can be utilized to develop a diverse array of tourism projects. Thus, the project is a great illustration of ongoing efforts that make use of the present elements for the region’s further development of tourism. 

The Development Manager at OMRAN Group also spoke about the project. Eng Maysar Al Kamzari noted that the completion of the Zipline Project in Khasab was in accordance with the highest specifications and standards. Moreover, all aspects of safety as well as security underwent verification.

Maysar added that over 2000 experiments were done before the opening. Most importantly, he noted, the project underwent extensive testing by specialized teams. From 9 am to 4 pm, guests can visit the site as well as the Oman Adventure Centre.
