The groundbreaking of a garden-style multifamily apartment dubbed Residences at Kingwood took place recently in Harris County, Texas. Trammell Crow Company and JV Partner Daiwa House Group, have partnered on the project to build 240 units and 49 townhomes. According to High Street’s senior V.P, Yewande Fapohunda, the emphasis of this suburban apartment would be on outdoor amenities.

Design plans for the outdoor amenities at the Residences at Kingwood community will include several courtyards and open entertaining spaces. However, these designs will be implemented using thoughtful landscaping, which also takes tree preservation into consideration. Fapohunda further stated that the selected designs are intended to make the apartment complement and blend with the surrounding Kingwood neighborhood.

Other employment centers in the northeast Houston area are also a short distance away from the property.
