The development contract for the Ellington House development project has been awarded. The contract was awarded by Ellington Properties to Al Ashram Contracting.
The latter is One of the UAE’s leading construction companies with 45+ years of expertise. The company has reportedly worked on other numerous projects that defined the country’s skyline. These projects include Somerset Views, Eaton Place and Belgravia. Belgravia Square, Belgravia Heights I, and Belgravia II are also a part of the company’s portfolio.

For the Ellington House residential project, Al Ashram Contracting will bring forth an all-around holistic approach to the design as well as construction. An official statement from the company assured that the project’s development will incorporate their engineering innovation and expertise.
The Co-founder of Ellington Properties, Joseph Thomas, commented on the award. He said that the partnership with Al Ashram will enhance and support the 12-story residential tower project’s quality as well as delivery. The project, Joseph Thomas noted, will be the company’s first-ever project within Dubai Hills Estate, a family-friendly community.

The Ellington House development project strives to offer a one-of-a-kind experience for its residents. It thus features a total of 150 units of one, two, and three-bedroom, modern apartments as well as penthouses.
Furthermore, Ellington House will also include an activity garden, a leisure and lap pool, and an indoor and outdoor fitness center. The development will also include a kid’s clubhouse, a yoga area, as well as a clubhouse with library and lounge areas.
