Audaz Mall/Business Complex, which is an integrated twin tower commercial complex with shops, administrative and medical units that are being developed in the Central Business district at the New Administrative Capital, Egypt, next to Al Masa Hotel, the parliament building, the council of ministers, and Mohammed bin Zayed axis, is set for delivery in October next year (2022).
According to the developer, Gates Developments, a new brand that provides high-level expertise in the field of Real Estate in Egypt, the approximately US$153M project, spread over an area of 16,800 square meters or it’s thereabouts, is 50 percent complete.

According to Ahmed El-Desouky, Gates Developments sales manager the Audaz Mall/Business Complex consisting of 3 basement levels, a garage, and ground floor levels plus 7 top floors, has a total of 750-units.

The commercial units starting start from 17m² to 87 m², are located on the ground floor and the first floor of Building A and Building B while the Medical units, starting from 41m² to 87m², are located on the second floor to the seventh floor of Building A.
Administrative units are located on the second floor to the seventh floor.
