Construction has broken ground on The Hutton multifamily project, a mid-rise condo multifamily project in Missouri under Kadean Construction. The project is located on 134 W. Madison in downtown Kirkwood, between The Barclay and The Madison, condos also constructed by Kadean. The Hutton is a three-story, 45,385-square-foot residential building that will feature 12 luxury condominiums including four penthouse level units. They will all come with spacious balconies, open floor plans, large windows, fireplaces, underground parking, and other amenities. Core 10 Architecture is the project architect on The Hutton Condominium project. Construction is expected to be completed in the fall of 2022.
“We have gained much wisdom, knowledge, and insight from our previous work on The Barclay and The Madison that will help us overcome the many hurdles posed by The Hutton multifamily project tight job site. “Kadean was the natural choice for us to build The Hutton in Missouri, as they have provided high-quality work and reliable performance for us on The Madison and The Barclay projects over the past three years. We are looking to them again to deliver a building consistent with our other sold-out buildings on that block,” said Drew Lasinski of Savoy Properties. Other key subcontractors include Finch Plumbing, KayBee Electric, Pipe and Duct Systems, BiState Fire Protection, and KPFF Consulting Engineers.
