The Landmark Village is a mixed-use, state-of-the-art development on a 38,000m² site along the Atlantic Ocean waterfront in Victoria Island, Lagos, (the capital city of Nigeria).

The development is set to emulate the likes of Rosebank in Johannesburg, South Africa; Victoria and Alfred (V&A) Waterfront in Cape Town; and Canary Wharf in London, United Kingdom (UK).

The project is being implemented in phases the first of which is already complete. It includes; the Landmark Events Centre, which is the largest purpose-built event center in Lagos; Hard Rock Café, the first and the only in the entire West African region; and the Oriental-themed Shiro restaurant.

The phase also included a three-story retail block comprising line shops, a supermarket, and a cinema. These facilities are situated on the ground and first floor, while the second floor hosts an open plan office space/ training center.

Integration of buildings with public plazas through uninterrupted walkable connectivity in the project developed an urban space based on “live–work–play”. The design of Pedestrian movement and public nodes leads to the destination hub at both ends, and it also leads to the Intersection axis connecting the entrance of the Landmark Village to the ocean.

When fully complete, it will include The Landmark Waterview Luxury Residential Apartments, a 4 Star Renaissance Hotel by Marriott International, Marriott Executive Apartments, over 20,000sqm of office space, and the Landmark Village Retail Boulevard.
