  1. The fact that nobody has even responded to your concern here from the company is quite disturbing. I too own a condo but this is the last time am buying these things. The condo management/association is weak in enforcing any unformity among owners. Feels like wasted money.
    There is no gurantee that this investment will be protected to avoid devaluation. They sale and that’s it- maintenance could be zero. Can wait to see financial reports/details of the condo fees we are paying.

    By this time we should have standing companies we reach out for water, electrical, fabrication and modifications but seems every landlord is bound to contact whome they want.

    People are hanging clothes on balcony rails instead of having washers and dryers.

  2. So many problems in the apartments
    The company doesn’t fix the problems immediately after payment for the condominium

    I have been complaining of my problems for now three weeks and nothing has been worked on
    My bathrooms are flooded with water and no one including the director cares
